Assignment Details

Our client is a promoter driven group with extensive experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy development across Europe, The Middle East and Asia.

They are looking for a consultant with strong understanding of finance and accounting to work closely with the Promoter family and support them on:

* Helping ensure completion of tax and compliance matters on recent transactions and for ongoing SPVs that the group manages
* Supporting the diligence process for any ongoing transactions and partnerships
* Reviewing accounts of the current holdings and businesses that form part of the group in India and overseas
* Representing the promoter group in key stakeholder discussions
Skills
* Decent grasp of core taxation issues and the ability to get up to speed quickly by interacting with experts

Location: Delhi (both Onsite + Remote)

Skills Required

- Strong finance and accounting knowledge with the ability to prepare and review key financial statements incl. Balance Sheets, P & L statements and Cash flows
- Prior experience in recording reconciliation and report process
