A leading public health fund
Our client, a leading health fund is looking to engage with an HR consultant to share strategic inputs across the spectrum and set up systems, policies & procedures
Key Responsibilities -
1. Drive Talent Mapping to understand the gap between the available desired skills; develop strategies that would help narrow the gap.
1. Conduct Compensation Benchmarking in order to stay competitive and attract the best talent
2. Streamlining the employee and consultant contracts
3. Capability building - Develop an action plan to bridge capability gaps identified during skills inventory
4. Performance management - Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
5. Learning & Development - Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
6. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective tools and softwares
Note - The project duration is 3 months requiring part-time support and is based in Mumbai
1. Prior HR experience in the Development Sector is a must
2. Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies at senior levels of an organisation
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Business knowledge and ability to align self with the business
5. Operational efficiency with consistent focus on on-time, high quality delivery
