Our client, a fund in the healthcare space is looking to engage with a HR Lead to help them setting up systems, policies & procedures of the organisation
Responsibilities:
* Performance management - Implement performance review procedures (e.g. half yearly /annual and 360° evaluations)
* Recruitment & Talent acquisition – Support recruitment for current vacancies as well as plan for supporting short term urgent business needs / requirements
* Learning & Development and Capability building - Develop an action plan to bridge capability gaps identified during skills inventory. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
* Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
* Compensation Benchmarking to stay competitive and to attract the best talent
This role would require 2-2.5 days per week support for a duration of 3 months
1. Prior HR experience in the Development Sector is a must
2. Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies at senior levels of an organisation
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Business knowledge and ability to align self with the business
5. Operational efficiency with consistent focus on on-time, high quality delivery
