Assignment Details

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an advisor for Home Loan process Re- Engineering and Industry Bench-marking to evaluate the current process layouts, inter- industry comparison and blue printing of revised layouts.

The consultant would be required to share in-sights and additional offline support via 2-3 hours calls for around 15 days. Deep knowledge in Home Loan industry of Australia geography is also required.

Skills Required

• Deep familiarity with Home Loans industry in Australia
• Expertise in Mortgage Lending and mortgage processing
• In-depth knowledge of Housing Regulatory & Compliance issues
• Prior experience of Process Re-engineering of loans
