Assignment Details
Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for a change management lead for a project being undertaken as part of a client engagement. It’s based out of Dubai as a regional lead for the MEA (Middle East and Africa) region.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end scoping, planning & delivery of the project with multiple work streams. Drive primary and secondary research
- Be responsible for managing stakeholders, coaching team-members and ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables
- Managing client requirements and expectations on different aspects of a project
- Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of the project by issuing progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project
- Where required, negotiate with department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company
- Drive change management and transition for the project
This project is based out of Dubai for 6 months- the travel will be taken care of by the client.
Skills Required
1. Change Management experience essential, with a preference for finance, transformation and transition background
2. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
3. Excellent time-management and organization skills
4. Exposure to core-consulting skills (presentation skills and client management skills)
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
6. Ability to lead a cross-functional team
7. An exposure to BPO/Transition, Digital, Organization Design, Change Management, Communications, Learning and Delivery and Business Readiness is preferred
