Assignment Details
One of our clients, a professional services firm, is looking to engage with a consultant who can help them to approach and build an E2E content strategy including content model and workflow, content measurement framework, content quality framework, taxonomy governance plan, metadata and tagging strategy for an Answer Library.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Consulting on the setup of the proposal automation tool RFPIO – Answer Library
2. To provide advice on the BIC usage by way of process analysis and understanding the current and desired future states
3. Analyze user requirements and to provide advice on how the Answer Library should be set up and used to meet user requirements
4. Help address gaps if any and how they may be catered for either by change of process of system customization
5. In the case of additional functionality being required the Implementation Consultant will be expected to produce a comprehensive user case document clearly detailing the user’s requirements
6. Consulting on the setup of content strategy incl content model and workflow, content measurement framework, content quality framework, taxonomy governance plan, metadata and tagging strategy
NOTE: This project will be based in Gurgaon and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant.
Skills Required
- Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager or similar role
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress
- Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing
- Experience using social media for business
- Solid writing and editing skills in English
- Time-management skills
- Ability to guide and motivate team members
