Assignment Details

Our client, a leading provider of professional services, needs independent consultants who can deliver the following responsibilities:

1) Drive program management and overall accountability for the program
execution
2) Co-developing Project Plan with the ERP vendor and Transformation Lead,
periodically reviewing it
3) Define sprints for rollout & Validate process playbacks with Transformation
lead
4) Manage the UAT, Manage Change Management
5) Drive collaboration with Transformation leads/ regions and vendor on design,
build, UAT, change and deploy
6) Support identification of risks/issues and mitigation/resolution plans.
7) Execute key deliverables review and provide signoff
8) Status reporting to leadership on a regular basis
9) Managing risks, escalations
10) Driving change council meetings
