Assignment Details

Our client is looking to engage with a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to design and rollout learning modules and assessments for the wider network globally. The learning modules and assessment will focus on Talent Acquisition and address the learning needs of a cross-section of learners in various stages of their careers.

Job Responsibilities includes:

1. Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, create visual aids for online interactions
2. Design and curate learning content for talent acquisition as a skill
Help create engaging and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
3. Ensure content created and curated is free of copyrighted material. Audit previously created content as required to check for copyrighted material
4. Be able to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio and video scripts
5. Be able to devise modes of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, certifications to measure effectiveness of training
6. Be responsible for planning and managing course development and design projects

Skills Required

1. Mix of HR, Hiring Or Learning & Development experience with a min. of 5-6 years of experience
2. Strong understanding or prior experience in L&D is preferred
3. Experience of understanding learning needs, translating into successful solutions, and evaluation of solution.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
