Assignment Details

Our client is a leading professional services firm and is looking to engage with a SAAS Implementation Expert who can assess the SAAS based solution for treasury management system and guide them on the following:

- Various Treasury Management tools available in the market and top rated ones (based on Gartner, any other agency)
- Comparative analysis of top 3-4 tools (Scalability, licensing cost, implementation costs, integration capabilities, Change Management etc.)
- Map customer requirements (listed below) for each of these tops tools
Recommended tool

The required functionalities/requirements from the tool-
- Connecting with Banks Account
- Provide daily bank movement with TAG, statement and reconciliation tools
- Interfacing with Oracle ERPs (multiple)
- Managing AP Payment flows from ERP to Bank
- Managing Manual Payments to Bank Accounts (FX included)
- Providing Approval Workflow
- Managing automatic Cash Pool Movements booking
- Supporting automatic cash application and payment booking when needed
- Ensuring Bank movement submission to G/L
- Supporting Financial Planning (Cashflow Forecast)
- Managing Loan and Borrowing and Interest Calculation and accruals
- Bank Reporting
- AP Payments to Bank
- Other Payments ( Payroll)
- Other Payments ( Taxes etc)
- Payment Initiation / Approval (SOD)
- Bank Accounting / Reconciliation
- Short Terms and Borrowing
- Cash Pool Management
- Cash Forecast

This would be an 8-10 hrs telephonic engagement across a week -10 days where the expert would be sharing his/her insights / knowledge on the above pointers

Skills Required

o Strong domain expertise in Treasury Management
o Experience in various tools available in market for treasury management
o Implementation experience in at least one of the tools Kyriba, Trax, High Radius especially in Treasury management module
o Analytical & consulting approach towards assessing the tools available in the market
o Suggest possible solutions for client presentation with cost benefit analysis
