Responsibilities:
- Developing, Identifying, and managing partnership sales channel for gig banking
- Onboarding & managing gig segment specific partnerships
- Track and monitor success performance of partners
- Work with Marketing team to develop digital marketing & communication strategy for acquisition & activation for different programs with partners specific to your assigned segment
- Customer and Partner Feedback
- Scoping and development of individual segments/cohorts for Gig Banking within portfolio
- Identification of digital partnership opportunities within the portfolio to source Gig Banking accounts.
- Formalizing Digital DSA agreements with partners
- Understanding needs of specific DSA platform partners and recommending solutions
- Working with Gig Product team to develop solutions
- Tracking sales performance of partners & identifying areas for change
- Monitoring competitive edge of Bank offering in Gig segment by continuous feedback collection from partners and end customers as well as competition scans
- Acting as main SPOC for Gig Banking, for segments in portfolio
- Experience in managing B2B partnerships
- Business development/account management experience

- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills – both written and verbal
