Assignment Details

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to work with our team to program manage and coordinate the recruitment efforts for 30-40 mid/senior level positions.

Specifically, the consultant would need to:
• Ensure a tight process is being followed for the positions
• Participating in the interviews and interactions with candidates and synthesizing feedback/next steps
• Interacting with key stakeholders, especially hiring managers
• Coordinating reference checks, psychometric assessments etc for shortlisted candidates
• Supporting in offer-related documentation and coordination
• Maintaining a tight tracker of status by position and sharing regular updates
• Providing feedback to the talent sourcing team/partners to ensure a strong pipeline

Skills Required

• Experience in a core recruiting role in a corporate and/or in a search firm is a must
• Experience with hiring for design, engineering and finance roles at the mid/senior levels will be a huge plus
• Prior experience with regards to on-boarding of mid-senior level professionals
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
