Our client, a leading platform connecting social entrepreneurs with impact leaders, is looking for a candidate to:
• Provide Leadership in designing and leading achievement in the Entrepreneurship space
• Manage All current programs and deepen the existing capabilities, relationships and networks including strategic collaboration, scaling, expansion, replication
• Devise and implement the approved annual (periodic) plan and the linked budget
and KRAs
• Institute Excellence in Execution & Delivery while building a competent team of diverse background professionals
• Lead strengthening domestic & international footprint and visibility
• Lead Resource Mobilization with achievement of revenue-mix components in Contributed & Earned Incomes.
• Act as the key Spokesperson for the Organization contributing to positive global visibility including publications/impact reports and similar
• Working along with the Board and assisting in Governance and Compliance matters
• Assuring and Ensuring excellence in all above with a clear sustainability and high impact orientation
• Any other work/initiative/responsibility as agreed to on/after joining
This opportunity is for a period of 3 months and requires one to work either from Bengaluru or remote location devoting full time capacity.
- Have at least 12-15 years of total work experience
-Proven CXO level experience while working/reporting to the Board
- Impressive achievements across a career in the domain of social impact or entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship
- Proven ability to lead /co-lead scaling-up across organization(s).
- Consistent experience of building, managing and growing a high-performance team
- Effective & strong network building capabilities in relationships with variety of stakeholders in the impact ecosystem
- Good understanding and appreciation of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in India along with Sustainability and Impact components
- Experience in independently owning a P&L setup, developing profitable strategies & corresponding implementation/achievement
- Prior experience with accelerators / incubators
