Our client, a leading social impact firm is looking to engage with a Secretarial/ Office manager.
i) Maintaining calendars of teams
ii) Managing Travel through travel agent i.e. Tickets, car bookings, visas, hotel, etc.
iii) Reception – attending calls and guests
iv) Looking into the requirement of pantry items
v) Maintenance of office, AMCs, etc.
vi) Submitting vendor invoices for payment
vii) Organizing events
Duration - 6months (extendable based on performance)
Capacity- Full time
-Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
-Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
-Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience: 8+ years
