Assignment Details

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking to engage with a Project Manager.

Primary Work Responsibilities:
• Track & Facilitate the Execution of critical projects and Initiatives in pharma SC and operations ( Cost
reduction/ Business critical projects/digital )
• Maintain key data & assumptions as required of the Operations Strategy Data Model
• Facilitate Ideation and development of solutions with cross functional teams
• Develop project plans, align with critical stakeholders
• Business case preparation to obtain approvals of critical projects from management and finance
• Coordinate Project Review Meetings, drive and ensure timely completion of projects
• Facilitate & Update progress on milestones to management , business review meeting with
management
• Identify resources and budget requirement for the managed project portfolio
• Flag project risks along with required risk mitigation
• Assist Management on MIS, Reporting, Presentations and Communication
• Drive, coordinate and manage cost Reduction Projects / compliance, quality projects
• Implement and manage project management tool
• Create and maintain project repository

Skills Required

• Good Communication Skills and excellent presentation skill
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders
• Ability to present and clearly articulate projects status to higher management
• Should have experience in Advance Excel(Create Pivot; Macros)
• Experience on PM tools
• Knowledge in Agile Methodology and reporting
• Ability to work with heads, leaders in Abbott
• Experience in Operations or Projects Execution (Preferably across functions)
• 8 -10 Minimum years of experience
