Assignment Details

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking to engage with a Project Manager.

Work involves:

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives.
2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
3. Help the team drive their critical projects in digital e.g. planning tools, cost reduction, business process mapping and improvement, etc.
4. Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
5. Track project costs in order to meet the budget.
6. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
7. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
8. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
9. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
10. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

This project requires Full-Time capacity for the duration of 6 months.

Skills Required

• Must have 5+ years of work experience.
• Self-starter with excellent project management skills.
• Experience with field-based initiatives and/or campaigns.
• Strong writing skills - proficient at developing proposals.
• Past experience with and comfort with budgeting; comfortable with Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong people skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Ability to work under multiple deadlines in shifting circumstances.
• Experience with behaviour change communications and campaigning.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical space will be a huge plus.
