Driving digital projects along with IT , Operations
• Requirements Documentation
• Interacting with end users to consolidate business requirements, create URS
• Capturing business processes, logics and required user interfaces
• Facilitate discussion with operation with technical team during IT development work
• Evaluating systems by comparison features with user requirements
• Design of Solutions
• Facilitating solution development involving the new processes and data flows along with tech
vendor
• Track and manage end to end project for timely completion
• Developing business logics to be incorporated and expected outputs Systems Evaluation
• Doing a cost benefit analysis of available alternatives
• Testing of Systems before Deployment
• Creating deployment plan
• Training to users
• Manage go-live and deployment along with technical team
• Good Communication Skills and excellent presentation skill
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders
• Ability to present and clearly articulate projects status to higher management
• Should have experience in Advance Excel(Create Pivot; Macros)
• Experience on PM tools
• Knowledge in Agile Methodology and reporting
• Ability to work with heads, leaders in Abbott
• Experience in Operations or Projects Execution (Preferably across functions)
• 8 -10 Minimum years of experience

We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
