A leading Pharmaceutical company

Assignment Details

Our client is a leading Pharma company based out of Egypt and is looking for a HR consultant for setting up systems and procedures of the organisation.

Responsibilities of the consultant would be:
1. Map all job roles to the new organisation structure and grades, and create a simpler and more unified system for job titles that better reflect the role

2. Create salary bands by grade, role with a clear mapping for all positions in this new structure after a basic job evaluation

3. Undertake a targeted benchmarking with other local pharma companies in Egypt to understand where the client ranks and what adjustments are needed

4. Make recommendations to the client on compensation strategy changes needed

The project requires part-time capacity for a duration of 3 months

Skills Required

1. Should have prior experience in job evaluation, creating bands, compensation benchmarking.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies at senior levels of an organisation.
3. Prior HR experience in the Pharma Sector will be nice to have.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Business knowledge and ability to align self with the business.
6. Operational efficiency with consistent focus on on-time, high quality delivery.
