Assignment Details

Our client is a leading PE firm who are looking for a senior consultant to carry out due diligence exercise for their Business. They are into manufacturing & selling mattresses under their own brand majorly through their own exclusive outlets. Along with this, they have a scaled-up B2B foam manufacturing & selling business.

They are looking for a senior professional from the industry who understands this space well and will help them in carrying out due diligence exercises on the business.

Responsibilites:
- Test controls procedures for weakness
- Analyze accounting policies
- Sample supporting documents such as receipts and invoices
- Interview management
- Correct errors in historical financials
- Create a forecast of future financial performance: revenue, earnings, and cash flows
- Calculate a fair working capital target (when applicable)

Skills Required

- Statute analysis and comparison with company policies and procedures
- Dormancy calculation and documentation
- Records maintenance, research and remediation
- Due diligence response call and correspondence management
- Fraud identification and management
