Assignment Details

Our client, a leading PE/VC firm, is looking to engage with a consultant regarding the post merger integration for one of their portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities include:

1. Gather Requirements and Assess Gaps in Capabilities

2. Develop an Integrated Implementation Road Map for the company to follow in the long-run

3. Prioritize initiative and take a systematic approach to ensure that the resources get deployed in the most effective way

4. Must develop an initial understanding of all technological requirements created by the merger.

NOTE: The project will be based entirely in Delhi/NCR region. The duration will be around 4-6 months and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant.

Skills Required

1. Should have completed / executed / headed at least 2-3 end to end post-merger integration (PMI) projects in the IT sector
2. Direct experience with a company executing cloud based transformation solutions for clients would be a great add-on
3. Risk assessment and investigative capabilities
4. Good understanding of technologies like Cloud
