Assignment Details

Our client, a leading PE firm, is looking to engage with an HR Change Management professional to develop a cultural integration roadmap for the companies which are getting merged / one acquiring another.
They would like to engage with the professional for approximately 2 – 3 weeks, involving diagnostic of the company culture.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conduct an exhaustive diagnostic across both organizations
2. Plan for cultural integration and execution through employee workshops and other initiatives
3. Work across multiple teams simultaneously to consult on change, communications and adoption strategies and planning in support of complex Technology and Services projects
4. Effectively work with the senior team members in the large enterprise portfolio and independently lead middle enterprise clients in the organization and delivery of in-scope activities
5. Be accountable for all scope, budget and resource planning to meet desired objectives. Proactively manage individual project allocations and budgets.
6. Identify and successfully pursue additional change and communications revenue opportunities on existing client engagements.

NOTE: This project will be based out of Seattle and will require a full time capacity from the consultant.

Skills Required

Skills:
1. The person should have significant M&A cultural integration experience and have done similar work in the past preferably in the ITeS / IT Services domain.
2. Experience in Change and communications consulting, preferably supporting business process outsourcing and/or enterprise technology initiatives.
3. A track record of advising clients on change and communications strategy and planning, with a fluency in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, engagement, change measurement and strategic communications.
4. Strong writing skills in multiple formats, including digital and live-session communications experience.
