Assignment Details

Our client, an organic staples brand, is looking to engage with a senior leader to drive the quality training agenda within their organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters ( KPIs based on industry benchmarks)
2. Designing the key strategies to get there e.g., design and implementation of best in class quality training programs.
3. Establishing a plan to ensure quality definitions are understood across all levels
4. Defining a governance structure for ensuring adherence to the defined
processes – escalation matrix and DOAs.
5. Identifying mechanisms to check if defined quality of services, delivered to customer or not, and if not a system to raise a red-flag

NOTE: The project will be based entirely in Bengaluru and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant.

Skills Required

Skills:
1. Experience in FMCG sector.
2. Experience in Quality Process Design.
3. Strong experience in designing the Quality standards and governing mechanism for all processes.
4. Experience of handling QA vertical and/or team in a multi location service industry.
5. Personal effectiveness
– planning, time management, process orientation.
6. 5+ years of experience in FMCG sector will be a great add-on.
