Assignment Details

Our Client is a Global Communities Partner has been working in India since 1998 with the Mission to empower people to enhance health, end hunger, overcome hardship and advance women and girls. A Global Communities Partner, envisions a world in which the most vulnerable people will have the power to lift themselves out of poverty and to create vital, healthy lives for their families and communities now and for the future. They are looking to onboard a HR consultant to support in recruitment and other HR operations work.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Should be able to plan & respond to recruitment requirements; screen the CVs of the applicants, schedule & facilitate interviews, negotiate the offers and complete all the required documentation.
- Shall be responsible for meeting TAT for hiring of the selected candidates, both Employees and Consultants.
- Facilitate Joining formalities.
- Ensure updation of information of new joinees on HRIS
- Provide support in collating information for Time Sheets & updating data
- Maintain MIS for HR
- Provide any other support as and when required

Skills Required

- Post Graduation in Human Resource Management /MSW
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Expert in MS Excel – Reporting, tabulation, Formulas, Analysis
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
