Assignment Details

Our client is a leading not-for-profit health organization that implements focused initiatives for marginalized communities. They have a USAID-funded program for which they want to engage with a consultant who can be responsible for leading the insights into the health sector, based on review and analysis of literature and data, to meet the needs of the stakeholders as well as support in research and learning. Further, on the coordination support, compile briefs, minutes, reports, presentations, and provide logistics support.

The primary objectives are:
1.Lead support - Support the Alliance lead on technical and functional responsibilities including: developing draft documents and short presentations; Support the activity lead in strategic thinking and planning the assignment. 2.Coordination - Key coordinator of meetings, consultations, interviews, with both internal and external stakeholders, coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
3.Documentation - Develop reports, documents and brief, as required, for the Alliance. Proof read and edit reports and other documents
4.Learning - Develop, source, curate and share the learnings from stakeholder (internal and external) meetings.
5.Meeting Facilitation - Facilitate and organize meetings and round tables including internal check-in meetings, external stakeholder meetings, and large Alliance meetings.

Skills Required

1. 5 - 7 Years of program management experience.
2.In-depth understanding of the Indian health system.
3.Experience in creating and editing technical and functional documents
4.Expertise designing, convening, facilitation of meetings, round tables and other forums
5.A keen interest in development issues and willingness to work in challenging situations with multiple stakeholders.
6.Excellent English verbal and written communication.
7.Proficient in MS Office suite and Google applications
8.Proficient in the use of word processing and web browsing software
