Our client is a leading not-for-profit health organization that implements focused initiatives for marginalized communities. They have a USAID-funded program for which they want to engage with an Online Content Editor who can be responsible for executing the content strategy and the quality of content on the COVID19 microsite and their platform.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Curating content for the COVID microsite and their platform.
2. Closely working on the panel research that would be commissioned for sentiment
analysis on Covid-19.
3. Tracking major government guidelines and advisories and analyzing the same to make them relevant for the COVID-19 microsite audience
4. Researching forecasting models and scenario models on Covid-19 globally, analyzing them, and developing them for the COVID microsite.
● Sharing interesting and insightful pieces for social media content with social
media lead
● Working closely with the Content Lead and the Design Lead to develop content for
the platform. This would include:
- Curation of content on various USAID investments in India. L4I would share all
currently curated articles reports and documents
- Analyze and synthesize reports, researches, and documents relevant to the
platform
- Develop and execute an outreach strategy for the content along with the team
NOTE: This assignment will also be subject to an extension of another 3 months based on mutual discussion.
● Substantial experience in high quality, quick turn-around content generation
● Should have experience in content management for a dynamic digital platform or website
● Should have editorial experience and development of new content pieces
● Should have a good understanding of content consumption by different audiences
● Understanding and experience in public health content would be a plus.
● Comfortable with social media platforms
● Track record of sieving through information and summarising insights
● Excellent analytical skills
