Assignment Details

Our client is a leading multinational professional services company, looking to engage with consultant in Technology Program Management .

Roles and Responsibilities :

Brief description of the role:
• Drive technology implementation program in accordance with timelines and governance of overall program while managing relevant stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. Relevant stakeholders include various business teams and process owners from the company undertaking technology implementation, system integrator and process and technology consultants involved in the implementation
• Responsible for organizing forums to bring various stakeholders together and enable addressing of inter dependencies between stakeholders, ensuring the process and design documents prepared by system integrator are of required quality and in line with business expectations and best practices of technology implementation
• Escalate delays and roadblocks in decision making to relevant stakeholders and idea ways to ensure a streamlined technology implementation
• Maintains a close working relationship with all relevant stakeholders including business functions, system integrator and process and technology consultants to ensure cross-functional collaboration and efficient operations within the function

Skills Required

1. Experience in leading technology implementation projects and program management
2. Experience in business transformation and process improvement projects
3. Well versed with technology in the operations environment
4. People management, organizational effectiveness, project and change management
5. Previous experience in managing multiple stakeholders
6. Demonstrated ability to establish close business relationships with multiple stakeholders

1. Experience in telecom industry
2. Knowledge of supply chain

Core Technical skills required:
1. Technology and Tools – (SAP and Ariba knowledge preferred but not mandatory)
2. Technology implementation
