Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
1. Managing events like Townhalls, festivals, family day etc
2. Work with the Events team to execute planning of all events (Virtual, Hybrid & Physical)
3. Procure materials required for events both virtual, hybrid and physical events
4. Demonstrate knowledge of different virtual and broadcasting platform capabilities, innovative solutions and best practices on how to deliver events virtually and in hybrid format.
5. Co-ordinate and take stock of the materials in the warehouse.

Duration -12 months
Capacity- Full time
Location- Mumbai office(Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)

Skills Required

-At least 5+ years of relevant experience
-Experience in working with cross functional teams
-Good Stakeholder Management.
-Experience in managing events like Townhalls, festivals, family day etc.
-Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
-Previous organizations - Media agencies or related organization
