Assignment Details

Our client is is a leading maternal and child health NGO committed to delivering innovations in public health delivery at scale. They are a field- based implementing organization, working in some of its most far-flung villages and marginalized communities. They are in an expansion phase and need to hire more than 100 people across multiple levels in the organization so they are looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition consultant.

Responsibilities :-
- Finding and approaching multiple sources including colleges, HR agencies and any other open mediums.
- Screening resumes, maintaining tracker, scheduling interviews, co-ordinating with our sources, ensuring smooth PPTs for universities, and facilitating smooth communication among all parties involved.
