Assignment Details

The incumbent will develop and implement recruitment strategy for the region for Leadership roles for India region. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, effectively drive recruitment best practices, creating and managing sourcing pipelines, and managing day-to-day operations of a designated team of recruiters. Talent Acquisition leaders builds and cultivates strong relationships with key business stakeholders and functional management teams to discuss talent fulfillment plan, talent market landscape & collaborate with stakeholders to come up with solutions to challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- In partnership with P.S India Talent Acquisition leader, design and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire the best talent
- Keep a clear view of short, medium and long term recruitment priorities
- Manage, evaluate and train a team on highly skilled recruiters and support them as their role model to achieve excellence every day
- Develop scalable, fair, transparent recruiting process
- Conceptualize and implement ideas to hire high quality talent
- On a personal level you will continue to be hands’ in carry out confidential search
- Participate in developing and holding team accountable for metrics that measure effectiveness of Processes, candidate quality and candidate experience/outcome
- Participate in improving recruiting processes
- Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and critical stakeholders and operate as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Keep abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-art recruiting practices
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion

Skills Required

- 15+ Years of Talent Acquisition experience in hiring technology Leadership roles
- Experience in leading and developing recruiting teams
- Demonstrable experience of leading high quality recruiting delivery
- Exceptional stakeholder management. Proven ability to influence management as consultant and partner
- Data driven, experienced at using data to inform TA team, HR colleagues and business leaders to make evidence based decisions when identifying any challenge or potential opportunities for improvement
- Awareness and experience of deploying TA strategies and attraction methods to support diverse hiring
