Our client, a leading player in manufacturing and engineering design, has set an ambitious target to add USD 500m in revenues over the next 3 years. They are looking for a seasoned consultant who can work with them to structure and drive a strategy process that will help them determine how they can deliver against this.
The work will involve:
* Identifying and assessing a potential list of growth levers, across
- New markets/geographies
- New products
- New customers
* Assessing and prioritizing the areas to go deeper (Where to Play) based on market potential, competition, current strengths, and capabilities.
* Working with the business to define the go-to-market strategy (how to win) for the high potential opportunities.
* Outlining the revenue projections for the next 3-5 years and identifying the key investments needed to deliver against these.
The consultant will need to lead the client through a structured and collaborative process to help get to a clear set of strategies that can feed into the annual planning starting early next year. The consultant will be supported by an analyst/associate and also have access to an 8 core team member from the client across functions (BD, supply chain, marketing, etc)
