Assignment Details

We are setting up a new manufacturing plant and are looking for a vendor/supplier quality management expert who can assist us in streamlining our supplier quality management processes with a focus on incoming goods inspection (IGI process).

Some of the key deliverables include -
1) Put together the SOPs and processes for raw material inspection
2) Ensure SOPs are in line with the quality management system and continue to meet quality standards required to minimise quality costs and maximise customer satisfaction
3) Ensure SOPs are in line with best practice that emphasise defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements
4) Ensure alignment on the new SOPs with the manufacturing leadership

The consultant will be required to travel to the plant location.

Skills Required

1) Experience in quality assurance and six sigma
2) Experience in leading material quality, supplier quality in a global organization of repute
3) Has experience in paperless documentation workflows
