Assignment Details

Our client is food manufacturing company and is looking to hire a Raw Material Development for their upcoming project of Brown Field Expansion for Hyderabad Site

Responsbilities:
- This Role would be actively involved in the Upcoming Project of Brown Field Expansion for Hyderabad Site, Inline with India Growth Aspirations to Support on Quality Raw material being developed and available for Business usage.
- Identification of Potential and alternate Raw Materials.
- Prepare and maintain MRA and Specifications of Raw Materials complying to MQM Standard.
- Co-ordinate with Site R&D / QFS Manager and Raw Material Developer, Supply QC Lab, Product Development, PPI, and if required with Regional Raw material Development team in assessing and monitoring the Raw materials development.
- Shall have Good understanding on Material Quality Management from R&D perspective. ( MRA, governance etc)
- Coordinating for sampling plan and testing prior receival of trials materials in co-ordination with Lab, Inbound, commercial and PPI.
- Support in Key Material sourcing related Quality and Food Safety Standards like - MQM, HRCI, Mold and Mycotoxin etc., for effective implementation and monitoring, Including related Quality Metrics improvement.

- Quality and Food Safety Risk Assessments knowledge.
- Supplier & Material Quality Management Program Exposure.
