Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with a machine manufacturing company. They are working on a cost optimization and process improvement programme. In respects to which are looking to engage with a Fabrication and casting expert who can work with the team in providing critical and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing alternate material suggestion for casting for same strength requirement
2. Supporting the team in providing exemplary industry standards at weight
optimization designs, latest fabrication concepts (cutting & forming), MiG/TiG
welding & material optimization.
3. Work with the consulting team in de-bottlenecking any challenges
The project requires hybrid (remote + onsite) support for a period of 12 months.
1. Hands on extensive experience in Fabrication, Casting, Electronic and
electrical domain
2. Hands on experience in weight optimization design and industry standard
fabrication concept cutting and forming
3. Proficiency with Aluminum & CI casting in Process, Cost, material optimization
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
