Assignment Details

Our client, a management consulting firm, is working with a top real estate firm focusing on constructing warehousing zones and data centers. They're looking to engage with a B2B Sales Consultant to help build their business

Responsibilities include:
- Work with the stakeholders to identify client groups and map them on the basis of priority
- Develop materials to pitch to the potential client groups, which entail brand image and value propositions
- Design and implement sales, business outreach strategies to drive B2B sales and growth across mediums including social networks, events, etc
- Provide insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives
- Support the team and guide new clients during the on-boarding process
- Lead key account management initiatives for new and existing client for increased business
- Drive B2B Sales process extensively to close out on deals successfully with tangible returns
- Execute Sales Best Practices and coach in-house team for continued growth and increase in revenue

This project will require travel to client locations in Mumbai and Delhi, once the pandemic situation seems to be in control.

Skills Required

- Prior experience in driving B2B sales is a must
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation
- Proven expertise in client servicing and negotiation
