Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with a pharmaceutical company. They are looking to engage with a PMO Consultant from the pharmaceutical industry who has PMO experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify key resources and provide the direction  for meeting the project objectives
2. Manage project schedule, task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software
3. Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
4. Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
5. Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project

Skills Required

1. Strong PMO experience with a pharmaceutical company
2. Ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork
3. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
4. Proven experience in risk management
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
6. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
