Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with a beverages company on a Mergers & Acquisition programme.

With respect to this, they are looking to engage with a Strategy (M&A) Consultant who will be working with the consulting team on a due diligence project.

Note: The project is based out of Cambodia and would require a mix of Onsite and remote support in Phnom Pen.

Skills Required

1. Hands-on experience of working with top tier consulting firm in M&A
2. Proficiency in working on powerpoints, excel, data and analytics.
3. Strong communications skills
4. Well versed in Khmer language
