Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is looking to engage with a strategy consultant who can help them with conducting a commercial due diligence in the logistics space.
Key responsibilities include:
1) Analyze and synthesize information on the industry and key competitors
2) Detailed data analysis to identify key trends and formulate hypothesis
3) Conduct primary interviews with competitors and key customers (both aided and unaided)
4) Formulate and test hypotheses on key value drivers for the client, and develop and communicate recommendations
5) Prepare presentations on key findings
6) If required, assist team-mates in preparing slides on other modules as well

Skills Required

- Prior experience in working in the logistics space- preferably in e-commerce logistics, warehousing and freight forwarding is a must
- Experience in leading commercial due diligence engagements, or strong functional expertise in market assessments or competitive landscaping
- Ability to conduct research and interpret research findings for multiple audiences
- Worked with a consulting firm will be a plus
- Experience in leading high visibility consulting engagements and communicating insights with senior clients
