Assignment Details

Our client, a leading international consultancy, is working with a Pharma company on redesigning the organisation structure for better performance. To support this, they are looking for a Research & Development expert in pharmaceuticals who can guide the teams work on the R&D organisation design changes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Provide inputs to the team on key roles in a typical pharma R&D organisation and
cross cutting processes within the function and with business to take key
decisions
2. Problem solve options around R&D organisation structure choices, share best
practices and pros/cons of the options
3. Help get input on this design choices and principles from key client stakeholders
4. Help identify the key performance metrics in R&D organisations and how people
management systems link to these

Note: The consultant will be working as part of a broader advisory team. The project will require a mix of remote and On site support (on need basis in Bangalore) for a period of 4 months

Skills Required

1. Prior experience in Pharma R&D is a must
2. Should have hands on experience in Organization design
3. Excellent Client and team management skills
4. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and
willingness to work as part of a team
5. Ability to ensure that the tasks responsibility are completed in a timely and
accurate manner
