Our client, a leading management consultancy is working with a FMCG company. And to support their initiatives, they are looking to engage with Consultant who have experience in implementing go-to-market changes across general trade and modern trade channels for a large FMCG firm.
1. Benchmarking best-in-class companies to drive channel-specific growth
2. Analyse date to identify opportunities to accelerate growth across channel x brand
3. Develop strong and innovative initiatives to accelerate growth in rural general
trade and chemist channels
4. Program manage the roll-out of initiatives with the granular activity plan and co-
ordination with a multifunctional team
5. Develop compelling communication and storyline for change management for
implementing the recommended initiatives
6. Embed key capabilities within the organisation
Note: This project is remotely based.
1. Prior experience in Go to Market Transformation with a top tier FMCG firm is a must.
2. Hands of experience of FMCG-Go To Market in India
3. Experience of working in rural geographies
4. Experience in handling distributors and working with distributor salesman
5. Experience in working with the trade/ retail marketing team
6. Strong analytical skills (knowledge of alteryx is good-to-have)
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
Experience: 8+ years
Qualification : Post Graduate or Higher
