A Top Tier Management Consultancy is looking for expertise to help them deploy a Conv. AI platform e.g., Kore (https://kore.ai/) for Customer Service (integrated into Contact Centre, Mobile App, Bot on website, etc.). Over time, the platform will be deployed enterprise-wide i.e. Marketing (outbound bot calls); HR (employee help); IT (help-desk) etc.
The work requires execution and deployment, across areas such as
(a) Defining full spectrum of enterprise-wide use cases and impact
(b) Defining the bot / virtual assistant personas for the enterprise, with personality, style, language, etc.
(c) Inputs into bot conversation design i.e. granular design of every voice / text interaction (will vary by channel)
(d) Full tech stack implementation, incl, integrations with Amazon, Google, etc. text-to-speech / speech-to-text to get milli-second latencies
- Conducting qualitative and quantitaive research on customers
- Prioritize customer intents for IVR & Chatbot
- Develop and test conversational flows, responses, etc.
- Conduct user experience testing on prototypes
- Refine user stories basis feedback
