Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Senior IT Consultant from the Logistics Industry who can work directly with their team with one of their clients and help in delivering their digital transformation initiatives as well as implementation.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Assessing the client's current tech logistic infrastructure and framework.
2. Leading all group projects from identification to implementation while working with stakeholders across functions and companies.
3. Automating a large percent of manual digitized processes through in-house development or partnership with enterprises.
4. Refining the group digitization strategy & lead value extraction from existing execution.
5. Providing hands-on support to implement changes in supply chain procedures.

NOTE: This project will require the consultant to spend at least 5-7 days per month and will require some local travel with the central locations being Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Skills Required

- Leadership experience in technology and digitization (e.g. ex-CTO or CIO) with logistics or supply chain industry
- Experience in technology implementation and transformation programs – as well as working closely with business and other functional teams.
- Prior experience in network logistics and new-age companies will be preferable; which could be- road logistics, express logistics, e-commerce logistics, etc.
- Comfortable with traveling to client locations
