Our client, a leading management consultancy, is looking to engage with a Telecom expert who can support technical due diligence sought by the client on an engagement starting in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Identify the status of the current network configuration.
2. Validate the client's business plan in terms of network expansion & associated CAPEX; and assess incremental fiberized sites, incremental fiber length.
3. Network Strategy:
- Incremental coverage, capacity & small cells requirements.
- Incremental physical site infrastructure requirements.

- Pop & Hub capacity, incremental fiberized sites, incremental fiber length.
- Incremental spectrum requirements.
4. Detailed model for incremental network CAPEX & OPEX requirement covering Rentals, AMC, O&M, Fiber, OPEX, other OPEX.
- 10+ years of experience
- Prior experience in IT Enterprise architecture - familiarity with both telecom IT (BSS/ OSS) as well as B2B enterprise solutions IT architecture
- Prior experience in Telco network planning and capacity planning
- Experience of working in client-facing roles
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
