Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant to support scale a digital healthcare product.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Work with the stakeholders and team to understand the firm's requirements and goal
2. Coordinate with the senior members from the central strategy and product teams and lead the development of scaling up strategies for the B2C product
3. Implementation of growth plant and define metrics to track the performance
4. Help debottleneck any concerns that arise during execution
5. Suggest any product enhancement ideas that may drive up sales
6. Identify newer revenue generation ecosystems

This project would require part time support for a duration of 3 months

Skills Required

- Experience in scaling a B2C digital product is a must.
- Experience with a healthcare digital product would be a plus
- Good communication skills to present complex propositions cross functional teams
- Ability to think through innovative and new age ideas for the growth of the product
- Excellent customer experience intuition
