Assignment Details

Our client is primarily into the eLearning industry - An AI-Powered Enterprise Learning Experience & Upskilling Platform. Seeking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to help build up a team of 40+engineers.

Additionally Creative problem solving may be required like running hackathons or other strategies to hire at scale.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities-
1)Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
2)Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
3)Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
4)Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
5)Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events and run hackathons to build a strong candidate pipeline.
6)Create Strategies to hire at scale through various sourcing channels.
6)Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

The consultant will be based in Chennai onsite at client location for the given project duration.

Skills Required

1) Five- Seven years of experience in a talent acquisition mainly in technical hiring.
2)Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
3)Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
4)Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
5)Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
6)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
