Assignment Details

Our client is primarily into the eLearning industry - An AI-Powered Enterprise Learning Experience & Upskilling Platform. Seeking for a Sales - Non Tech Recruiter.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
2. Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
3. Designing eye-catching recruitment advertisements.
4. Advertising jobs via suitable print and broadcast media channels, and online recruitment platforms.
5. Screening applicants via follow-up emails and phone calls.
6. Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.
7. Scheduling interviews with short-listed candidates on behalf of the sales team.
8. Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions.
9. Maintaining employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities.

Capacity - To be working for 3 days of the week onsite; out of client location at Goregaon, Mumbai.

Skills Required

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources management, or a similar qualification.
2. Knowledge of human resources databases, hiring strategies
3. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS).
4. Familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators (KPIs) for salespeople.
5. Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software.
7. Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
