Our client - a Japanese Education Conglomerate is looking to on-board a consultant who can help in building on the learning from best practices and
perspectives from the earlier K12 business model research, the objectives of the proposed follow-up phase are the following. The consultant will be led and guided by a senior Consultant who will be leading this project and delivering the same after collating and synthesizing the entire research.
1.1 Develop perspectives on the major market segments in K12 education B2S2C
space and its adjacencies in terms of sizing, growth potential, competition and
profitability of major/emerging players, key success factors (KSF), key buying
factors(KBF), major risks, and possible changes in the rule of the game (KSF/KBF)
due to the environmental changes for the coming 5~10 years, in order to
deǀelop our ͞ǁhere to Đoŵpete͟ strategLJ aŶd desigŶ our ďusiŶess model.
1.2 The optimal segmentation/identification of the markets should be conducted in
