Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Global IT professional services firm, is looking for an Independent Consultant who can deliver as a payroll director and fulfil the following responsibilities:
1) Establishing end-to-end accountability for payroll tin SSCs :, overarching current vendors
2) Engage with multiple internal departments (account, tax, audit, markets) to establish central accountability.
3) Work with the client team to help define, model, plan and lead pay roll management

Remote based : EU/India – Work in UK shift hours

Skills Required

- Hands on experience in Payroll Management
- Expereince inMultiple markets in multiple geographies, Transformation, Payroll vendor Consolidation
- Leadership qualities and the ability to lead from the front
- Good communication skills & ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to engage with people from the concerned departments(accounts, audit, tax)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Operational efficiency with consistent focus on on-time, high quality delivery
- Proficiency in executing processes across the entire employment lifecycle
