Assignment Details

A leading IT consulting firm is looking to engage with a Project Manager to drive project management for a seamless experience to customers.

1. Coordinate internal resources for project execution
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
6. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
7. Report and escalate to management as needed
8. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
10 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and customer
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
12. Meet clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
13. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

The project is based in Bangalore and requires 6 months of full time capacity

Skills Required

1. Proven working experience in project management
2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
6. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
7. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
