Assignment Details

The Groups Global centre for Leadership Learning does cutting edge learning interventions to develop capabilities of it’s employees and are therefore looking for an Analytics Consultant who will guide us to showcase impact created based on these learning interventions.

-The impact shall be in the areas of enhanced engagements, career progressions, talent progression, performance, business impacts / improvements, learner centric approaches (quality MDP/IDP) etc.
-Highlight the areas of improvement on all of any of the parameters and what kind of interventions will help in achieving the same
-Ensure deeper insights and faster decision making.
-Relevant experience in guiding, consulting as well as in execution to give correct outcomes by leveraging the best Analytical tools and techniques.

Skills Required

- Relevant experience in guiding, consulting as well as in execution to give correct
outcomes by leveraging the best Analytical tools and techniques.
- Strong problem solver with ability and passion to learn about new technologies;
design thinking experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communicator
