A leading Indian FMCG player
Our client, a leading FMCG company of India is looking to engage with a CSR consultant.
Responsibilities -
- Be the program lead for our the client's flagship CSR initiatives aimed at Education and Skilling respectively
- Work closely with the CSR Team and the Brand to team to understand the key strategic objectives in order to design and implement CSR programs.
- Liaison with various State Governments and explore partnerships to further our cause and scale up our initiatives.
- Identify NGO partners and other implementing agencies to implement and manage the initiatives
- Frequently travel to the project locations to ensure effective implementation and conduct evaluation through impact assessments to gauge the progress of each initiative.
- Work with the internal and external tech team to ensure smooth user experience and plan future tech developments
- Effectively report progress on each initiate to the CSR team and CSR committee members
- Work on the communication plan (internal and external) for each initiative. This includes planning on the PR/social media and branding objectives for the initiatives.
- Ensure yearly targets are met in adherence with pre-defined budgets
- End to end ownership of program management and problem-solving when required
- Manage relationships with existing partners, build new relationships with new partners spanning stakeholder groups (government, non-profits, social enterprises, like-minded corporates)
- Deliver on scaling plans for the abovementioned CSR Initiatives
- Continuously learn from and adapt to changes in the external environment
- Consult with and influence key internal and external stakeholders to get inputs and buy-in
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
