1. Monitoring and Ensuring Brand financial performance through Cost projections, Trade discount finalizations, consumer offers & Product MRP decisions
2. Responsible for the entire P&L of set of brands and do variance analysis of brand performance
3. Generating and monitoring ideas on cost management
4. Evaluation of capital expenditure proposals and ensuring ROIs
5. Controlling & monitoring fixed overheads of the division.
6. Annual budgeting and monitoring of performance v/s budgets
7. Designing MIS and data analysis to facilitate business performance reviewing
8. Monitoring and controlling liquidations and write-offs when required
9. Commercial face in negotiation of TOT terms with chains
10. Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms, manpower supply contracts etc. with National Key accounts
11. Quarterly customer reconciliation
12. Ensuring claims are processed as per agreed TOT and adequate supporting
1. Strong experience in finance and accounting function including cost projections, forecasting, budgeting and capex analysis
2. Experience in managing commercial compliances
3. FMCG experience is a plus
